- Lunch- Two cups of homemade chicken and lentil soup. 8 oz. water.
- Late afternoon- 8 oz. cup of hot green tea.
- Mobility exercises @15 mins.
- Dinner- Two tilapia fish filets with cous cous and mixed vegetables. 12 oz. water.
