  • Wake- 1030
  • Weigh in- 187.2
  • Breakfast- Two scrambled brown eggs with one cup of turkey sausage and 16 oz. smoothie w/ one banana, 12 oz. orange juice, 4 oz. cranberry juice, half cup frozen spinach.
  • Tac-Fit Commando practice @ 15 mins.
  • Lunch- Two cups of homemade chicken and lentil soup. 8 oz. water.
  • Late afternoon- 8 oz. cup of hot green tea.
  • Mobility exercises @15 mins.
  • Dinner- Two tilapia fish filets with cous cous and mixed vegetables. 12 oz. water.
Had a more relaxed day with scattered conditioning through out the day mixed with a lot of household chores. I permanently installed the pull up station in the doorway to my studio and now as in the old Fort Bragg days, I am requiring myself to do three reps of pulling exercises every time I enter and exit the room.
