- Weigh in- 187.2
- Breakfast- One brown egg w/ one cup of turkey sausage scrambled. 20 oz. water. 6 oz. orange juice.
- Late morning- 20 oz. water. 8 oz. orange juice.
- Lunch- 2 cups of homemade beef stew, 2 cups of cous cous w/ mixed vegetables. 8 oz. water.
- Early afternoon- 20 oz. water. 8 oz. hot herbal tea.
- Dinner- Blackbean burger wrap with lettuce and one slice Muenster cheese. 12 oz. water. 16 oz. shake with nonfat milk, protein powder, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and one banana.
- Practice Tac-Fit Commando @ 15 mins.
Napped for a while last night with a moderate headache. Not sure where it came from though I did notice it coming on in the late afternoon. I had the craving for cheeseburgers and all but gave in to them- pushed through it and the headache and did some Tac-Fit Commando practice for a few minutes before going to bed around 2200.
