- Breakfast- Two scrambled eggs and one cup of hash brown potatoes. 4 oz. cranberry juice and 12 oz. water.
- Mid morning- 20 oz. water.
- Late morning- 20 oz. water, 8 oz. hot herbal mint tea.
- Lunch- 16 oz. shake w/ one whole banana, 16 oz. nonfat local dairy milk, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter and 1/2 cup oatmeal. 8 oz. water.

- Kettlebell workout @ 10 mins.

- Dinner- Homemade beef stew w/ potatoes, carrots, peas, northern beans, onions. One whole wheat roll. 8 oz. water.
