  • Wake- 0600
  • Weigh in- 188.0
  • Breakfast- Two scrambled brown eggs w/ 1/2 cup ground turkey sausage in a vegetable wrap. 12 oz. iced herbal tea.
  • Intu-Flow @ 10 mins.
  • Late morning- 8 oz. orange juice, 20 oz. water.
  • Lunch- One cup cous cous, half cup mixed steamed veggies and turkey, muenster and lettuce wrap. 8 oz. water.
  • Afternoon- Oatmeal cookie w/ 8 oz. orange juice. 20 oz. water.
  • Dinner- 16 oz. shake w/ nonfat organic milk, one banana, one tablespoon peanut butter, protein powder. 3 cups organic whole wheat pasta w/ one tablespoon pesto. 8 oz. herbal iced tea.
  • Kettlebell drills @ 10 mins.
  • Circuit training @ 10 mins.
